Then after failing to score against Fulham, Van Persie scored for Arsenal again, this time against Wigan Athletic to the make the score 4-0 to Arsenal on 3 December 2011. With Arsenal in unpredictable form, van Persie pulled the team together for the match against Spurs on 26 February 2012 by scoring the equalizing goal after his team went 2-0 down.


After Van Persie's parents divorced he was Brought up by his father. After joining Arsenal in England, Van Persie settled in Hampstead, an affluent suburb of North London. Van Persie is married to his long-time girlfriend Bouchra.  Van Persie uses Twitter to Communicate with his fans.
